The Step-19 is to outline your Communication Goals.
Before outlining the Communication Goals, your business strategy should be well defined and should be communicated effectively and efficiently to all stakeholders of your organisation. The communication goals of your business strategy should be based on how your employees understand their roles in the organisation and how would it would impact or affect your business strategy as a whole.
The four main goals of communication are to inform, request, persuade and build relationships. There are two main types of communication – verbal and non-verbal. Verbal communication is the use of speech and non-verbal is the use of gestures, body language, images and symbols to communicate.
