The Step-5 to device your brand’s marketing strategy is to define your target audience’s persona.
To start, create a list-full of your customer personas, who they potentially can be, by brainstorming with all internal stakeholders.
Identify the ones who have similar needs and merge them into a single group. Do this grouping for all such customers with similar needs and/or problems.
Prioritize the list of personas by considering their impact on their final purchase decision, their relationship with your organisation or brand and the size of the audience persona group.
Once you’ve finished brainstorming, create your actual personas and start planning to target them with impactful communication which will provide a solution to their need or problem.
